Bill-IT FMP™ is the result of 14 years of working with small businesses to find the balance between ease of use and all the functions needed. It is our belief that a business should have the bulk of its data available on a single data base. By keeping all of the functions in a single program the interface is the same for everyone. Ten password levels insure that an employee only has access to the areas of your business data that you allow.
Bill-IT™ is available in both regular and kiosk versions. A kiosk version blocks all access to other functions on that computer as long as it is running. (It completely takes over the computer so the user does not even have access to system software functions.)
Both Bill-IT FMP™ and ShopKeeper FMP™ are available as either single user or multi-user for MacOS or Windows 95,98,NT. The major difference between the two programs is that the ShopKeeper FMP™ program includes all of the Bill-IT FMP™ program plus accounts payable, purchasing, and automatic creation of purchase orders from the info in your inventory file.
Bill-IT FMP™ has: Cash Register/ Order Entry/ Inventory/ Mail List/ Price Labels/ Cash Drawer Balancing/ Accounts Receivable. Creates export files for import into M.Y.O.B.™ or QuickBooks™ accounting programs. (Makes a great cash register program where you are using QuickBooks for everything else.)
