ShopKeeper Plus™ is designed to handle invoicing, cash drawer, billing, customer accounts, and inventory functions. It is useful for retailer, wholesalers, or service industries. It maintains a record of all transactions and can give you a complete customer transaction history and product sales history.
The program maintains a very complete customer record with current balance, last payment date, discount level, terms, MTD, YTD, total purchases, open invoices, billing address, shipping address, zone, and shipping information. Complete maintenance of accounts receivable is an important function of ShopKeeper Plus. Many accounting packages provide for limited invoicing functions but ShopKeeper is especially designed to handle these functions with a wide variety of specialized features. End-of-the-month summary totals can be exported to a variety of popular accounting packages.
Optional Bankcard processing captures credit card transactions, electronically moving funds from the customers account to the merchants existing local bank account.
In addition, records can also be maintained for vendors, consignors, and intracompany transfers. Memo fields and customer codes allow your ShopKeeper Plus to also be used to create mailing lists and labels for customers that meet special criteria./
Inventory files allow for 23 different items of information including item number and description, weight, average cost, last cost, location, size, color, MTD and YTD sales, on hand, reorder point, vendor and last purchase date. Special features also include bundles that make up a sales item and special promotions.
All files are saved to disk immediately after each transaction for maximum safety. Information is stored in easy-to-access text files and ShopKeeper can export this information for use in other programs.
Handles automatic vendor orders, mailing labels, pricing labels, packing slips, bids, estimates, layaways, standing orders, and automatic billing.
A wide variety of reports are built-in and instructions are included on how you can create custom forms using the fields of information that ShopKeeper maintains.
Different levels of State and local taxes can be automatically calculated. Is made to be used with cash drawers and bar code reader input.
Cashier reports and a variety of sales reports are automatically created at end-of-day and end-of-month closings. Aging of accounts receivable reports and printed statements are also featured.
